Here’s how it goes:

• You send emails to your list starting 3 or 4 days before the live event… or longer lead times if desired.  (We have proven, tested emails you can copy, modify or create your own.)
• You can, of course, also promote it using newsletters, banners, PPC, articles, flyers, classified ads (offline & online), through sub-affiliates (see new two-tiered system below), Press Releases, Pop-ups, forums, etc. etc. 
• Your potential customers click your link and register for the call (and are automatically cookied and IP tracked with your affiliate link).
• Customers are given a free, viral 19-page report explaining ‘Forced vs. Automatic Appreciation’ which is also privately branded with your affiliate link on every page. (As this report is spread to others, traffic coming to your event site increases automatically.)
• We create a unique, customizable Gift Certificate coupon code just for you and your clients. You set the amount and duration of any instant cash savings you want to offer, up to $1,200.
• We customize the webcast and the  ‘clickable’ presentation slides with your affiliate link. As they click on the slides, your customer is invisibly ‘tagged’ with your affiliate ID to make sure YOU get credit for the sale.
• The main event and replay page we create for you includes a “Tell-A-Friend” script embedded with your affiliate link! This expands your potential customer base exponentially.
• The presentation ‘ends’ on a live order page fixed with your affiliate link! (When they click on the last slide, it takes them to the actual order page… with your affiliate ID already embedded… and we walk them through entering their order info and special Gift Certificate code.)
• We setup the webcast replay and send several follow-up emails. (The replay contains the same presentation slides customized with your affiliate link and order page.)
• You can be involved as much or as little as you’d like.

  For example, you can record your own voice on the teleseminar info page and replay page. You can act as the interviewer on the call… or you can have us handle it all, from soup to nuts.

• As you can see, this sales process continually re-tags your clients with your affiliate ID multiple times before, during and at the end of the call. The webcast replay repeats the same re-tagging process.

  (As noted below, we use the most reliable affiliate tracking system on the market. One tagging with your affiliate link would be sufficient… but our turnkey presentation process continues ultra-tight tracking all the way to the final order page.)

  Because of this re-tagging coupled with the “last-cookie-gets-the-sale”… There’s virtually no opportunity for your commission to be credited to anyone else, as is somewhat common with inferior affiliate programs and teleseminar events.

  If your efforts generated the sale, you will get credit for it!

• The only thing we request is that you have a client-base or email list large enough to reasonably guarantee at least 30 potential buyers for the call (preferably 50). We have the capacity to handle 200 call-ins over the phone lines plus another 1,800 listening via live webcast (i.e. – delivered over their computer).

  If you do not have a sufficient customer base, then we suggest you use one of our ‘privately-branded’ recorded webcasts (see below) which we’ll customize with your affiliate ID and personalized introduction.

Because the Housing Alerts system will now be ‘permanently’ available, and because the “last cookie” process rewards the affiliate who actually sends the customer to the order page, we’ve switched to the “last tag” commission payout method. (The industry standard seems to be moving toward the “last tag” method as well – it has obvious benefits for affiliates and JV partners.)

That means:

If your affiliate link, banner or redirect page was the last one visited by the buyer, then you will get credit for the sale. In other words…

…if you sent them, you get them.

The ‘first vs. last cookie’ issue is still widely debated in Internet Marketing circles, and there are good arguments for both sides… but we feel strongly that if your action got them to the order page, then you should be the one compensated.

2) New Monthly Residual Commissions
